List of members
Click Members from the left menu displayed on each page of the organization.
The member list of the organization appears.
If you want to see the members who are currently invited, click INVITED MEMBERS tab.
Invite users into the organization
To invite users to an organization, click Invite.
Enter the email address and click OK to send the invitation email. You can invite users who have already registered a new account or migrated from an existing account. For instructions on how to register a new account or migrate from an existing account, please show this page.
If you want to send invitation emails to multiple users, click Add an email address input field. A new input field appears. You can input multiple emails to the input fields.
You cannot add members to the organization beyond the member limit. To change the member limit, please refer to this page.
Change member's role
The admins can change the role of the organization members. The default role of the invited users is Member.
To change it, click ︙ on the right side of the member and select Change Permissions.
In the dialog box that appears, select Admin or Member and confirm to change the role. As an exception, the role of the owner of an organization cannot be changed from Admin. The owner is the user whose email address is listed on the organization overview page. To change the owner, please refer to this page.
Types of role
There are two types of role for an organization: Admin and Member. The following operations are available for each role.
- Admin
- Invite members to the organization
- Create repositories
- Set IP address restrictions
- Watch operation logs
- Operate to all repositories in the organization with admin role
- Member
- View members of the organization
- Operate according to the role on joined repositories
Remove organization members
To remove an organization member, click ︙ to the right of the member you want to remove and select Remove from this organization.
In the dialog box that appears, select Remove to remove the member. If the member is the owner of the organization or the sole admin of any repository, you cannot remove them.
Leave from the organization
You can leave from the organization by yourself. Click ︙ on the right side of your user ID and select Leave from this organization. The owner of the organization or the sole admin of any repository cannot leave.
